Adobe Air Unsubscribe list cleaner

We need a simple adobe air application that does the following: Compares the contents of file A to file B after file B entries have been run through MD5. file A will be a series of email addresses that have already been MD5'd - one per line. These entries are the elements on an unsubscribe list for an online marketer. File B will be a variable format marketer list of email addresses on their list that will be MD5 and compared against file A. Duplicates will be removed and a new file of email addresses from File B ( pre-MD5 ) will be created i.e. a cleaned list.
