Anonymous Web Browsing Software for Windows

For an example of anonymous proxy lists, go here: <[login to view URL]> * Automatically updates anonymous hubs * Configurable proxy * See traffic that isn't sent to web * Block cookies from being read * Block in-page ads * Choose which information is blocked * Block cookies from being saved * Autoswicth between anonymous hubs * Test internet anonymity * Wizard setup * Support IE, Netscape, Mozilla and Opera * Update IE connection menus with program options * maintain connection speed statistics for each hub used, and learn which ones are fastest. * Auto update via HTTP connection Preferably I would like someone with previous experience in making something along the same lines of this project. Please refer to demos or samples of similar work if available. ## Deliverables Terms: 1) The program (and of course respective source-code) must be written in Delphi 6 or 7 (the latter is preferable). 2) The software must support Windows 98/ME/2000/XP/2003. 3) The source-code must be well commented. 4) The programmer will be responsible for debugging and fixing errors if any is found in the future. 5) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 6) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
