Anti Theft system for PCs
Must be created with 'stealth technology' and the operating program must be loaded as a system file to complicate detection.
When connected to the Internet at any time. The Stealth program will send a short secret 'identity' message to a Web server, which will then check the ID against a list of stolen PCs. If the PC is not reported as stolen, nothing further happens.
If however, the PC ID shows it to be a stolen PC, then the Server shall send an instruction to the PC, such that on the next boot-up the PC shall secretly dial a specified number. and once the call is answered, the program shall end.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
