Authorize.net Implementation, batch processing, CIM, C# Windows

I am looking for an experienced [login to view URL] C# programmer who can meet my following need .. a) There will be a panel (ASP.NET AJAX page) that will store customer credit card detail. (this page is designed, not part of this project scope). PS: We don't want to store credit card information in our server, rather use something like CIM (customer information management). b) Our revenue is subscription model, meaning on the 1st of each month, customers are charged a fixed amount. Charged amount for each customer is different. So the application (console application or windows service) will basically run on the 1st each month, ? read the file containg userid and invoice amount and process the amount (get the credit card detail from [login to view URL] server) using [login to view URL] API and CIM. It will repeat for each userid.? I am looking for the developer to write the working code and test it throughly for successful processing as well as failed processing ..
