I need a small windows application developped that will open up with a logo and splash screen.
it will be visually appealing!!
This program will allow a normal regular barcode scanner to be plugged into it usb, it will read a upc barcode behind gift cards which will be a simple unique number read by the scanner and then input into the program which will bring up a client interface file, with address, email, fax, telephone, it will have a balance that the cashier can add funds and debit funds everytime the clients uses his gift money or balance
these must be some of the icons add funds, deduct funds, correct funds, add new clients
it must have nice visual buttons and easy to use
in the client screen a short history must appear of the transactions done with a date and time, for instance

you must also be able to do reports on a daily transactions history or between a certain period of time.
Reports must be able to be done by client and also a client listing
All source code remains mine and must not be reproduced, it must be able to expand further on this program
it can be done in .net or better language if you have an idea
Some have asked what type of barcode reader is it, here is some examples, this bar scanner just reads the number on the upc code and inputs the unique number into the software like a keyboard would!

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
