Barcode Video Player

I have several avi videos of fireworks being set off. ? I want a program made? where I can scan a? UPC with a hand scanner and have a video play of the firework associated with the UPC on that firework. All UPC’s are the same for each firework type so firework “Big Exploder’ will always have a UPC of 12345. Picture a customer looking at fireworks and wanting to know what it will look like when it is set off. All the customer would need to do is bring one of the fireworks to a kiosk that has a scanner and scan the firework and see watch the video. ? A hand scanner acts just like a keyboard but accepts inputs with a laser instead of keys. I can program hand scanners to read a UPC and send 'enter'. So if I had a UPC of 12345 I can get my scanner to read 12345 and then hit enter. I have already made a program that does this but I cannot do some things that I need in that programming language.
