Bulk Emailer

Greetings, I need a bulk emailer. This program should read from a list of email addresses I will have in a text file and send out my message. This will not be spam. The ip doesn't need to be monkey around with or anything. I want the body to be able to insert the .com name though. That is, each email should be able to have a unique .com name, the same one it will be sending the email to. example. If I sent an email to [login to view URL], the [login to view URL] should be in the email message I type. It should be windows based.
