Changes to existing PHP script

The website I would like work done on is already up, [[login to view URL]][1]. It is a photo rating site created with php script purchased from e-technologies. The site works fine but I would like a few adjustments made in the way it functions. The following gives a brief description of each change I would like to make: 1) Currently, when a member uploads multiple pictures onto the site the main image is stored on the first member page, then the remaining pictures are stored on a seperate page with the members profile. All of the extra pictures are displayed as thumbnail links. I would like for all the thumbnails of the extra pictures to be displayed on the first member page along with the main image. 2)I would like to have the sites membership set up with two different types of membership instead of just one. Users could either have a photo submitting membership, or a viewing membership. In other words the users submitting photos would have a free membership, while those who wanted just to view photos would have to purchase a membership.
