Convert Win32 Info Gathering Program to ISAPI Web-server Based

Hello Bidders! I'm looking to have the attached Delphi Win32 program converted to an ISAPI web-based program. It is a relativly simple information gathering application that then creates a MS Word document using Office automation. To run this program you will need MS Office 2003 (at least Word) and the automation functionality of Office installed. It should work with Office XP as well, but it's never been tested, as Office 2003 is the target suite. I would like the input interface to be functionally similar (section by section input), the closer the better. On the server side I'd like the document creation (as well as other functions you see fit) to be thread-enabled, for multi-user usage. No Office automation programming should be required, as it is all done and can be implimented from the existing function in the Win32 version. Target web server is current IIS. All source codes and resources used for the attached program will be made available to you. Requirements: - Delphi 2006 (2005 will probably suffice). - Understanding of ISAPI and Thread-aware programming. - Office 2003 (for testing). - Clear code commenting, in English. - Small example Delphi program(s) (preferably with source) you have written. Timeline: - Completion 30 days from time of bid acceptance. - Weekly updates. Thanks for looking, and good bidding! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform - MS IIS 5.0+ - Should be compatible with all current browsers, but IE6+ and Firefox are good enough. If nothing else it HAS to work in IE6.
