Need a Windows application that will transform a scanned CMS-1500 file (in pdf format) to ANSI 837P format ((ASC 12X 837P-4010A) Specifications) in batch mode.? Also be able to convert? fillable CMS-1500 pdf file to ANSI 837P format.? The coding need to be in C#. Knowledge of CMS-1500 form and ANSI 837 specifications is a must. Knowledge of mapping fields from CMS-1500 to ANSI 837P format required.
