Create RapidWeaver 4 theme based on existing website - web design work

My website is here: [login to view URL] I have a CMS and would prefer to use RapidWeaver 4 (5 is the latest, but my licence is for version 4) This project is to: 1. Create a template for RapidWeaver 4 that looks like my existing website with changes from (2). I need to be able to a) Change the text on the page, b) change the colours, c) add/remove pages from the top and left bar, d) place an image in the main text if I need to, e) place up to three small images in the top whitespace (between the logo and the contact details) and the white space under the left navigation bar. 2. Offer a selection of three minor enhancements (such as a colour scheme change) that will make the site more visually appealing.
