## Deliverables
The purpose of the request is to permit execution of route changes in Microsoft Windows versions Vista and 7 by processes with user level permissions. This will be accomplished by creating a service run with Administrator level permissions that listens on a TCP socket for route addition and removal requests. Route Service Wrapper Create a service with the following attributes: 1. Startup without user interaction when added as a service with the proper modes 2. Execute on Vista and Windows 7 3. Preferably a single exe file 4. Takes command line options to define the IP address (default [login to view URL]) and port (default 51194/tcp) on which to listen for requests The will accomplish the following: 1. Startup as service 2. Parse command line options that indicate the IP address and port to listen on 3. Bind to specified IP address a. If unable to bind, either because the IP address does not exist or another process is already bound to that port indicate such in the event log 4. Wait for new TCP connections 5. On new TCP connection: a. Read a single line of input b. Execute the input using all text in the single line as arguments to the [login to view URL] command c. Return all output from the command to the TCP connection d. Disconnect client then wait for the next connection Deliver the following: 1. Executable that meets the above requirements 2. Source code for the above executable along with documentation on the tools required to re-compile
