Custom Smart tags for Office XP

What we are looking for is a way to customize smart tags used in Microsoft Office XP Professional. The desired result would be to have an option to save contacts captured by smart tags to ANY folder in Outlook Contacts (mostly public folders and subfolders of the user's main contact folder). Rather than just saving without asking where to save we would like a popup box/browse button. that a folder can be selected from. I have found an article on Microsoft Technet regarding writing custom smart tags to interface with messenger however none exist for interfacing with Office. Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Complete copyrights/resale rights to all work purchased. 1. Abilty to save smart tags found in ANY Mircrosoft Office XP(ie. and most importantly: Outlook, Word, Excel)component to ANY Contact folder in Outlook contacts. 2. Self installer program to install program OR instructions to install manually OR instructions to install using login scripts, batchfiles, or other automated ways to install to all clients in on step. 3. Well commented and documented source code for future updates by you or someone else.

## Platform

This program will be primarily used on Windows XP Pro. Must be compatible with XP, 2000, NT, 9x/ME.

## Deadline information

Can be VB, C, C++, or anything else. It doesn't matter what it is as long as it is 100% bug free and works as proposed. Upon bidding you the coder agree to fix any problems that come up during intial testing.
