Customized E-mail Messages Program

Hello! I am looking for an E-mail Template, I can install on my hard drive. You can view an example of what I need here: ([login to view URL]) refer to “Customized email messages??, I need the functionality that is there. I do not want the other aspects of this program, I want only the E-mail message function. It is imperative that I have the ability to change mail preferences, as you can in Outlook Express. Meaning if I want send an e-mail using a different mail account, I should be able to select the same from a drop down menu on the template. I look forward to receiving your bid! I will be using my ISP to send E-mails. Further I will need the ability to change accounts, as you can in Outlook Express. The functionality I require basically would be the same as, one would find in Outlook Express. One more thing I need this program like yesterday.
