Delphi 7/ Firebird IBX Form Creation Project. This project will create 1 Delphi Form and 1 function in a data module. ## Deliverables This project will create 1 Delphi Form and 1 function in a data module. This project is to look at a 1 paper form document and create a Delphi 7/ Firebird Form of the paper form. The database for the form is already 30% done. The Delphi Form should use a page control and break the paper form into 3 parts, so 3 tabs should be in the Form. Fore form must be design easy for the user to enter most clicking of the mouse and less type of information. The last item that needed is an extract process. Create a table that will be populate will all the extract process run again is dose not pick the last items that were extract. Add all code for this in a data module by itself. **NOTE: The most important part of this application is the form design to make the Delphi form look like the paper form and make the Form _sizable_.**
