C# Photoshop PSD text layer parser

In my OSS C# project Endogine, I have a decent PSD file parser, but it's missing some features, notably proper parsing of features that have appeared after PS 6.0 (text layers and the new effect model are the most important). My enthusiasm for writing a complete decoder is waning, so I need someone to push it a little further. The PS SDK can NOT be used, due to copyright reasons, so the format must be investigated by reiteritvely inspecting PSD files, and making changes in them. If you have previously agreed on any SDK agreement from Adobe, I cannot use your services for this project. Legally, investigating files after making changes to documents is the only way to go, as far as I can tell. Thanks to the Hex view feature of my Xml serialization scheme, unknown properties of a PSD file are easy to inspect when doing the detective work.

## Deliverables

1) Code for reading TySh and lrFX Image Resource tags

2) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
