c-coder needed for mql4-tool

this project is a simple one, it is for the forex market, using meta quote, it uses the mql4 programming language which is the c-language but a few things are omitted other wise it is the same,the software can be downloaded from the brokers site at

[[url removed, login to view]][1] // the software is very simple, it will buy- or-sell at a certain moving average. with the usual stop loss take profit ect. nothing fancy.

because of previous bad experiences, their will have to be a guarantee of the script actually working properly first, before payment will be made as i have 3-coders out side of rentacoder that could not deliver a script that would work in real-or-demo mode, remember if it works in the ( strategy tester ) it doesnt mean it will work in demo-or- real trading mode, this is only one problem i have encountered, so payment will only be made after it completes several real-trades.

theres also my own nda-nca agreement required, as i dont want any public-or-private distribution of the tool.

if this is completed properly, i will have more work for the successful coder.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

it will run within a program called ( metatrader ) which runs under win-xp, this is not a issue as its running within the trading program itself
