create website,database,pull data from websites sort and filtersort and filter data(repost)

please read the details of the bid very carefully this is the 2nd time the project has been posted and then after a few days the worker has found it too difficult,it is complex I know, please when you bid give me brief details of how you propose to tackle the project once I accept your bid I prefer to have daily updates The project is a Horse racing project to create a database, automatically pull data from around a dozen websites some using javascript, importing data from xls format in PHP, which will be filtered sorted and various calculations done etc and then a website created to publish the end results / ratings where customers can purchase the ratings , the architecture could be based on? PHP - MySQL - Linux. And the application logic could be on ? cakePHP, cakePHP as this a popular PHPframework and is suitable for rapid development cycles. For flat and a.w ratings should be between 25 and 140, and then the same collection of data from sites but ? for speed ratings plus last 6 races speed worked out in mph and compared with the expected speed needed to win past races of the same type, distance and conditions, I have a formula for the conversion into mph, I will try and get a list of racecourses and race times so as to geta comparison for the mph some of the other calculations ? will be made using? michaelandsimmons , betfair, willhill, to calculate average/expected odds needs a formula made to work out from my end rating what price each horse should be and a comparison? between expected odds and actual odds that highlights the one with the largest discrepancy between odds and expected odds, and a column where the automated winner predictor using past results would go,then a column use bi nominal proposition / standard deviation, weighting of most recent results ( which is to be adjustable probably in % ) but using? my ratings ,with detailed course info from timeform at the top of each race sheet as well as draw info from attheraces? and when you hover over the red triangles it gives you more information the database? will need to be able to sort that days runners and riders into racecard order, form, speed, draw, sp, course form etc ? at the press of a button The Betfair and William hill column needs to be real time price changes once logged in showing green or red for shortening or lengthening prices I need to find some sites that will have draw statistics so we can get an average of the draw stats to put into a column Then need a separate button to use next day to collect the results of the previous day mainly distance beaten and speed/time of race from a website and compare the actual results with my predictions and then using a formula / algorithm (which needs creating by you )and the % columns from my calculations ? races sheet to automatically back fit / work out what % settings I should have set, to get as close to the race results as possible these will be kept in the database and every time a days racing at that course is complete it would add to the others to come up with a mean setting eg? for each course on different going and distances? then automatically fill into a column next to the actual ratings for exact conditions and best conditions need a ratings guide and hints like the formbet one on the downloaded file trainer name highlighted using formbet data Jockey name highlighted using formbet data Final rating x impact value in % On the amended example of ratings chart if you click on any column row 6 it tells you where the data is from if there is a specific location A sort button where if pressed would show only form relevant to todays going or distance etc ?
