detect colors in images

Greetings, we need an desktop application written in C# of Windows platform that will allow the user to point to a folder with many **jpg** and **gif**? files.? The application will check each jpg file for what colors are in it, and will spit a text file, comma delimted with the name of the file, and each color in Hex format that it found. Each file will have a new line in this text output (each color should only be indicated once) The application should have a checkbox with the ability to crawl down sub folders of the pointed folder for example: [login to view URL], 0xCC0011, 0xDD2233, ..... , 0x223344 [login to view URL] 0xCC0011, 0xCC0022, .... , 0xCC0033 **subfolder**/[login to view URL] 0xCC0011, 0xDD2233, ..... , 0x223344 we don't expect more than 12 colors per jpg/gif There will be lots of jpg (1000s), so make sure to release the memory of one image before you load the next image Pleae ignore any files that are not .jpg, gif, or subdirectories.
