Add Styled Widget Areas to WordPress Theme

Need some widget areas added to footer section of a WP theme, index pages, and post pages.. There will be 6 footer widget areas (3 columns, 2 rows), and 3 index/post/page widget areas. Widget areas need to be styled to match the theme. Ask in PMB if you want to see the URL.
