BBpress forum setup and style to match wordpress site +

I would like to create a forum on a site: climberism.com. The wordpress template does not accept bbpress so I created another website called [login to view URL] and would like to style it exactly like [login to view URL] but it will host the forum only. I need the sidebar, header, footer and all incoming link to be the same as [login to view URL] for advertising prepossess. The forum on [login to view URL] must use the same database as [login to view URL] so users can login to both with the same credentials. I also have a few dashboard customizations I need completed. -- when someone logs in to [login to view URL] I want it to go into the dashboard not the website. --I would like any new dashboard widget I add to get forced to the top not the bottom like it does now. [login to view URL] --I would also like to place a 720x90 advertisement at the top of the dashboard that can rotate using datafeedr random ad wordpress plugin: [login to view URL] There are a couple other minor dashboard customizations like switching logos away from wordpress and removing wordpress links, etc. Please only bid if you have wordpress customization experience, mysql database experience and can communicate well throughout the process of customization. This is a client website project so it is very important that it is done correctly.
