BuddyPress Templates Fixed

I installed BuddyPress on my website but I can't figure out the instructions on how to make the BuddyPress Header, Sidebar and Footer match my [login to view URL] files. For someone that knows what they're doing, this will probably take 5 minutes but I can't figure it out. I want my BuddyPress pages to look like the rest of my site. My site is JoshuaTrent.com. I also don't want my site to be down for more than 5 minutes while you're "testing" so no offense, but if you don't know what you're doing, please don't bid.
