BuddyPress theme creation and customization

We are halfway in the development of a customized BuddyPress site. We need a very experienced WordPress coder with some BuddyPress experience to assist our lead developer in completing the project within the next 10 days. Please only respond if you have excellent English skills and are familiar with extensive customization of WP and BP. At this stage we have all the BP themes coded, and are working on implementing the customization. I can give more details in the interview.
