Changes to Wordpress template [login to view URL]

Hi,
For the Wordpress website [login to view URL] I'd like to change some things:
• On iPads and Android devices, there's no margin left & right of the texts (see screenshot) Please add some margin
• When you click on the English flag, you should always go to the English homepage instead of the English version of the current page
• In the main menu, it should be clearer what the current active item is. I'd like to add a blue bottom border, just like [login to view URL]
• Add a small 'login' link next to the two flags. Same font as main menu, but no caps and a bit smaller. This link should lead to [login to view URL] (Dutch) or [login to view URL] (English)
• In IE7, the nav bar isn't visible. Please fix this without affecting the looks in other browsers
