Create a Team Page tool for sports website so users can create join and teams - repost

I want for the teams to be created where the user can generate the team. B.) A second page where you can see the teams C.) I want the team checkout field created where the user can select a team for the teams to be automatically uploaded in the dropdown box or select tool in the woo commerce checkout field. D.) IT NEEDS TO BE RESPONSIVE: Some clarification from communication with previous freelancer on what they velived needed to be done: ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 1st- We have to create 2 new menu items and 2 pages for those. 2nd - The team Registration Form with 10 fields. And here the job is not to design the form but we need to create a function by which the data from each field will be stored automatically in the database under the proper entity. Here you have said to store the data in anywhere. But in your next requirements you have asked to show the data with a organised way and have a search option also. And to perform this sections it is so important to make a database. 3rd - Pass the right team name to the checkout section. 4th - Team Listing table. Initially with two columns and onclick the team name the team members are showing under the team name and the nest teams are automatically replaced. 5th - Searching Function (By Team members name, By Team Name, By Category, By the first letter of team name) 6th - Design the whole front-end with responsive layout.
