Create a page in Wordpress with some checkbox and a table. - repost

I have one php page. Which connects to one DB (mysql) than onces that you selected the conditicons (by some checkbox) shows you a table.
With that kind of page I'm not able to manage users.
Because of it, I have build a website with Wordpress. I have purchased a template and for registering users I use s2member plugin.
Now I want to integrated (I don't know how, not with a plugin that include the php code) my php website in the Wordpress website. So the users which are registered, would be able not only to view the table, also to save their selections in their personal area.
What is a selection? A row of the table that users view.
In brief, I need:
users of my WP page view select the options in the combobox that they wanted, view the table and save the rows or selections that they wanted.
