Create a sub-domain and install image templates on our intranet site

We're looking for an IT freelancer to install two new template images on our intranet portal and code as required for functionality.
In the attached PDF file you'll find copies of the images. On the 'My Program' page, the central frame needs to be coded (i.e. functionality of the tabs and fields).
On the second image 'Connect' there is not really any coding required as the central frame (i.e. data being drawn from our CRM) cannot be altered.
The 'link' between these pages and our CRM has already been built, so we really just need the image uploaded and things like tabs coded for functionality.
You can see a screenshot of the existing CRM-linked wordpress page in the attached image.
This Wordpress site currently sits on a different server to our main website, so we will need a sub-domain created on our main website server to point to the intranet server.
We need this done within a week.
