Custom Wordpress (WooCommerce) theme from an existing .ai or .psd files

Hi all, I am searching for a web developer which would make a WooCommerce theme from existing Adobe Illustrator files (if you don't have Illustrator I can export and provide you with a layered Photoshop files as well). I have designed every single detail of how I would like my WooCommerce shop theme to look like so someone who's done this before shouldn't have much trouble with it since there is no second guessing involved. Only thing I see a potential problem is the main welcome page (attached an image) where there should be a big search option in the center of it by using categories, which once clicked introduce a set of new options, but this we can discuss more when you apply to the job. Applications should include a word SimplyWine, all without it will be discarded. Second thing, the budget, I know there are professionals which would ask a lot for this project, but since I'm from a "not so developed country" 300$ is the max I can go on this project. So please bear that in mind while applying to this job post. Since I'm a developer myself and have some skills in theming (but nowhere near pro level and I need this fast that's why I'm posting it on oDesk) I'm even open to suggestions like "I can design you a front page and products and contact page for xx$", so do include your quote in that manner if you think 300$ is too small for you for the whole project. Also, I have to mention that I'm *not* looking for a responsive design (as I haven't drawn it), the fixed width will do just fine since this is for my personal use. I'm also looking for a person fluent in English, and that has Skype for communication (only chat, no video needed). Any additional questions before starting the project are welcome, and due to the budget issues I'll be giving the advantage to the lower bids. Thanks for understanding...
