Customize Wordpress RSS Feed (XXX gay adult)

I need a modified RSS feed for a WordPress blog so the category feeds will contain full text, links and images/video as in the original blog posts, not just summary. Switching the settings in the WP control panel does not do the trick for posts per category: Warning! Adult material follows: This feed is correct and contains full text, images, links: [login to view URL] The category feed is not correct, it only contains summaries. [login to view URL] To work on this project, you should be comfortable working with explicit gay adult material.
