bbPress Plugin Development :: Parent/Homepage Format

I have a bbPress forum and I'm looking for a php developer to create a plugin for me that achieves the following -

My forum currently has 8 sub forums. On the forum homepage (parent forum), is the listing of the 8 sub forums and below that, is a listing of the "Latest Discussions" which is a chronological summary of all the updated threads made across all 8 sub forums.

What I would like is a plugin that generates a listing of "Latest Discussions" but instead of a chronological summary from ALL sub forums, for the listing to be a chronological summary FROM ONLY THE FIRST (top listed) sub forum. The plugin would also need a editable variable to specify the number of topics that are listed in the forum homepage summary.

I would also like a link on the forum home page, titled "latest replies" which lists the actual "Latest Discussions" summary taken across the 8 sub forums.

There must be no changes made to core files (other than the insertion of the "latest replies" link) and once the proposed plugin is deactivated/removed, the forum goes back to it's native state.

Preference will be given to freelancers who are experienced in bbPress plugin development work, can turn this job around very quickly and who can use their own installation to demonstrate the plugin.

Bids seeking over $75 will also be ignored as will bids without accompanying private messages. Only bids accompanied with a private message stating their credentials will be considered.
