complete rebuild / WP customised site from basic theme.

I have a website which works but it needs to be completely rebuilt in WP. [login to view URL] I have found a wordpress theme which I think can be customised to suit. It uses a jquery scoller which you will need to work with. Please look at my website and then the wordpress theme I think could be customised before bidding! The main pages will look exactly the same as they are now. There will be alot of customised changes to make the WP site look like the site I have now. Some changes required that come to mind : -> WP site uses a jquery scroller which will need to be adapted to full page width. -> Custom gif buttons at bottom rather than text links on the side. Add hover feature that work like [login to view URL] -> Tiled background. -> blog page added -> customised contact page closer to the WP version is fine. I will pay for the WP theme of course and give you the files. I will pay a MILESTONE when you have the site working as a demo. You can withhold transferring the files until it's paid. I will not pay for an almost working working as I have been burnt before. If you take on other work, miss the deadline and make the project late then I will NOT make the final payment
