API & functionality for sms platform.

Create a basic API for a text message / sms platform. Create a new tool for the sms platform. **Looking for an individual programmer, not a company**. ## Deliverables **API** I need an basic API that allows someone to integrate to my SMS platform and be able to: -send & *schedule single SMS -send & *schedule sms to a group (keyword) *I'm not sure if the schedule part is needed in the API or if it is part of the programming of the customer trying to integrate? ** Reminder Tool** For the platform I also need a "SMS Reminder" functionality/tool. "This is a tool that lets, for example a dentist, send out a reminder SMS to his patient that he has an appointment next week." It's a mix of current features, basically you will be able to schedule a single SMS by entering a phone number. It will be possible to have a list of contacts that you can choose from, or enter a new contact. (or upload from .csv file) MySql database Each contact will have name and number. There will be a calendar that shows your scheduled SMS to make it easy to add, remove or edit messages.
