Payment Gateway: Clients can make deposits or payments including Escrow/Earnest Money deposits via check by fax etc. ? We can use any merchant account such as pay-pal, etc. We will also have an SSL certificate and SSL enabled on the server. 18. Buyers, Sellers and Agents must be able to email Auctioneer or Customer Service. The Email form will be just an ordinary basic text field they can write in and then click submit to send the message. ? 19. Every property listing will be assigned an Agent from a list if there is not one for that property already.? We will assign each Agent a number and the system will make assignments by simple rotation one after the other in numerical order. Entire program must be written in a stable program like PHP and be very stable and durable with the ability to handle multiple photo downloads and multiple auctions actually 100 or more item auctions at the same time without crashing. ? Please note: During our search, we found out that several off the shelf software have many of these features though we have not found one that has all the features. We also previously purchased a software called “Geo-Class-Auction?? Enterprise edition from [login to view URL] which has some of the features above like registrations and search by distance from zip code etc. You may want to check it out. The license we purchased gives us full access to the source code. They said anyone that will be helping us with our site is welcome to incorporate it into building the website as much as that person deems necessary. Also a program called PHP-Pro-Bid has features like the credit feature for example. We do not currently own a copy of PHP-Pro-Bid. We can buy it if it will make completing of this project easier and quicker. Another program that can be customized is called PHP-Auction and many others.
