Add DB_DataObject_FormBuilder to PHP system using Pear

This project is to improve the architecture of a system known as "osBB", which I've attached to this bid request. osBB consists of three parts: - a "core" that contains elements that are common to osBB and other systems. The idea is that the "core" will form the core for many other systems other than osBB. - an installer, which you can run using /install/ in a web browser - the osBB files, which should *extend* the core files. Essentially, the only files that are in the osBB folder should be *specific* to osBB (i.e., files that cannot possibly be used in any other system because they are specific to osBB). For this particular project, I would like you to make the following upgrades: 1) Integration of DB_DataObject_FormBuilder to enable rapid application development: [url removed, login to view] 2) Convert all existing pages & forms so that they use DB_DataObject_FormBuilder. 3) Convert the skins in /skins/ so that they also work with the osBB system, as well as with DB_DataObject_FormBuilder. These skins were developed for a prior version of this system, but it seems that they became "broken" at some point, and they seem to no longer work with the osBB system. 4) I'm hoping that someone can create a unified actions / permissions / payment system for osBB. The idea is that the osBB administrator should be able to set permissions for any "action" in the system (like posting, registering, logging in, replying to a post, accessing the admin area, etc.) It should be possible to set each of these actions as requiring payment. For example, before a user registers, the user may have to pay a fee. Or before the user replies to a post, etc for all other major "actions". Please ensure that a high standard of coding quality is used.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
