For years I've supplied other adult websites with my content and now I'm wanting to do a lot more in-house. I have the domains registered and I have the server, I just need help in the coding of the forums, design, layout, etc... I just need all around help with the coding aspect of it. This website will have a databse for the models, a forum, a way for the models to chat with visitors, an ordering system and more. It needs to be very secure. The models will occasionally be logging in from their homes to chat with users.
This is going to be a fulltime job for someone, hopefully. So I prefer someone looking for steady pay and looking to stick around awhile.

I think the way we're going to work it is the bidding will be for an initial startup bonus and we can discuss pay a bit later. I can't afford san jose pay but I'm sure we can come to some agreement.
I'm getting a lot of "we" this and "our team" that and I'm not looking for that at all, sorry but I'm looking for the underdawg on this one. The individual that spends too much time at his/her computer and wants to make money at it.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
