Advanced CSS Layout with AJAX

I have created artwork for a complex css layout that I need done for me. It will require a lot of creativity and strategy to produce. It will require advanced css skills and good knowledge of AJAX. Below you'll find a link to review the layout. I would like the page to look almost exactly like the artwork I have created (2 pixel borders around sections, rounded corners, etc.) The layout must be very flexible for future css enhancements (allowing the user to change the background color of the page, etc). The layout should be optimized as best as possible for fast loading - as we will spend a lot in arketing to drive traffic to the site. I already have a skilled php programmer who will work with you to get the right data into the page. I will select someone who is very responsive and that can show previous examples of CSS and AJAX work. I also require that at least one client reference is provided. You can view the layout at [login to view URL] ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Layout must render properly in IE, Firefox and Safari.
