Amazon URL Integration

Our distributor provides a real-time inventory feed from a specified URL. This information is in CSV form, and can be modified to download stock, prices, UPC, etc.
We need an Amazon seller integration based around this URL. We need our inventory to load automatically from this URL. If a price changes from the distributor, or stock, etc., from the distributor, it needs to update on Amazon in real-time. We would also like to see our orders pulled into our Magento system, if possible, to control orders from there. However, this is NOT necessary, and if this would be beyond our budget, do not include it in your bid.
We have a fairly smaller budget, but based off information we've seen, this shouldn't be terribly difficult. Please only bid if you know how to implement this flawlessly – stock levels and pricing MUST be real-time of the feed provided to ensure stock levels are correct at any point in the day.
