Automatic facebook feed of photos

This is stage two of a project here on RAC and it is important that you first view [login to view URL] , If you do not at least mention that you have visited this website in your initial bid, I will ignore you. **I do not want salesmen, I want coders.** Stage 1 of the project was to create a simple php parser that would parse a particular xml document '[login to view URL]' and format it accordingly. If you view the XML document you will notice that it is a feed from the Facebook Test Console '[login to view URL]'. This works relatively well, however there is one phase of this that will remain annoying to a lot of users and that is having to manually update the xml document. **Stage 2 of this project is to create a script that will do that for the user.** [login to view URL] (1)calls Facebook->[login to view URL] and then (2)writes new xml file. **Conditions:** Must be coded in PHP. Must require as few a libraries as possible, you must assume that this script will run on a very bare php/apache system with relatively no added functionality. The script must also be combined with the parser. I.e. when the user calls the parser, the update script is executed and therefor the parser is presented with the up to date xml document. This is NOT a facebook application.
