Brightcove Video Voting System

We are developing a part of our site that will allow people to submit videos via Brightcove ([login to view URL]) we need to be able to allow users to vote on those videos similar to how Sony has used their system at http://musicbox.sonybmg.com. Users will be able to vote 1-5 on the video of their choice. All the videos will be submitted to a single brightcove account as well.
