Business Services & Interior Design Company Website(repost)

Please note: This is a repost. The bid could not be completed previously. As a consequence we now need an initial website up and functioning VERY rapidly. The detailed aspects of the website can be completed later.

This is a website for a company specialising in business services and commercial interior design. The main sections of this website will be thumbnails of design & case studies of work we can do.

The attached word document encapsulates the navigational structure we would like (via internal links).

The website will have:

1. A rich contact section offering multiple pathways to communicate with us

2. A webfora section which promotes a strong "community" aspect, a place for people to leave comments, upload pictures etc and generally come back to because it's interesting.

3. A content management system as there will be regular updates to the thumbnails section and we will need to update the contact forms

4. Contact forms which will initially send information via email to the company, and then in the future connect directly with the company databases.

The website will have 5 main service sections.

a) Turnkey Design & Build of Commercial Interiors

b) Small Works Within Commercial Interiors

c) Furniture & Equipment Supply

d) Work Place Operational Support

e) Vocational Education & Training

a & b need to go up ASAP.

Section c will be an online shop , with payment facilities.

We have done some work for the metatags to ensure that location (regions, towns and cities in the UK) are highly searchable by Google and other search engines. A search by region, town or city + name of our service should rank highly on the SERP for that combination.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
