There will be text inside the FLASH PICTURES- Every picture requires TWO WORDS. APPLY NOW BUTTON: In the middle of the page, I need an Apply Now button. Underneath the flash picture. Must be read and should be the first thing that catches your eyes when you come to the homepage. **NEW DOMAIN:** I will provide to you FTP access? for uploading site **TEXT:** I will post the text for the website, you just build the structure of the site**.? ** I will provide you my customers name and phone number. Except for two pages the contact us page must have a basici fill out feild form, click send, form i sent to customer by email. Then the application form feilds, I will send you that. **GRAPHICS:** The company does real estate. You locate similiar professional pictures & graphics to complete the site ( must be professional people and homes on all pages) **LOGO:**? Create a nice DOMAIN NAME LOGO? for placement on top page. The logo must have a 3d look. I will send you the domain name once bid has been accepted and we have the site structure completed. **KEYWORDS:** Discription, metags, titles updated and inputted ( will be provided, you upload correctly) **ADD ALL? SITE LINKS:? **Please add? ALL THE LINKS? from this site to work in the new site with all pages from original site.? Along with similar text information. **LINKS:** must all work and be configured to be functional. **FUNCTIONALITY:** Site should be 100% uploaded, functional, configured? and completely linked and 100% working. **TEST FIRST:**?
