CSTA API

Require an experienced coder who has worked with CSTA previously to develop an API for use in a Visual Basic project. Documentation provided. Short listed coders will be required to provide sample working code with 3-4 functions for proof of concept. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Windows 32 bit ## Deadline information Sampel code required by Jan 6, 2003
