Clone of Store Directory

I want essentially a clone of a store directory. Visit [login to view URL] and click on the store from the list you will get a very good idea of what I want. Front End - Visitor should be able to look up for store by browsing several categories: Store Listing, Store Categories, and Restaurant Listing. Each store name is listed in these categories in expandable content format. I want that clone expandable content. When visitor click a store, he/she will then taken to a page of store information. The store information should have store phone number, store manager, store location, featured brand names, and website if applicable. At this page, I want a floor plan of the shopping mall which indicate or highlight the store location of the selected store. Go to [login to view URL] and you will get the idea of my requirement. Other than that, the visitor can click on the floor plan to look for store information. Refer back to the link and click around the floor plan. Backend - Admin should be able to add records, edit and delete for the store directory. Each store should have a listing number and I should be able to search by listing number. For example i would want to be able to search from the backend for record number 12345 or by store name and then be able to delete it or modify it. I want a simple and clean design. No need fancy animation or graphics. Since i need to integrate other modules with this directory. So I would expect some templates to enable me to add module of my own. Attached below is the sample floor plan that i needed to be in this project. Only one single floor to work with.
