Complete POS Software project in progress(repost)

I currently have a software project at 85% completion. I am looking to have a profesional company to complete the remaining code and finish the project to make this a working pos system.

This project has been broken in to milestones. This milestone #9 contains:

fix errors in existing application,

complete offline sql db read/write using xml files and ability to upload all offline data to live sql db at a later time.

Add in user GUI functionability and graphicsAdd payment screens and system w/credit card integration.

Add basic point of sale functions you would see in most restaurants.

This is only one milestone out of many for completition of software. Coder must be willing to provide a long term working releationship to finish this software and continue to grow and develope it as time goes on.

The following milestiones will be subject to completion of this milestone #9. Code will be provided to begin work and review.

a NDA must be signed for any new company/employees that wish to see existing software code or tech docs.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
