Consignment Store Where Customers Can Access & Print Barcode Labels From Home

I have a website, and I would like to have a page on my site that allows my customers to log in - enter information about their specific products that they would like to sell through my shop - enter the price that they would like - and a short title for the item - and a bar code label prints out - they would then attach the label to the item and bring it to the store for me to sell for them.? Essentially, they would do the prep work for the consignment before ever entering the store.? ? ? I would then like the program to be able to keep up with that customers sales, items in inventory, and other things that would be needed for my sales records.?
