Hello, Please see the deliverables section for an outline of the work I need to have done. I prefer bidders who: - have a track record of high ratings - provide links to their work along with their bid - communicate a lot, and well, during the project Please note that if I receive a lot of bids for this project, I might not reply individually to each. Thank you in advance for your bid and consideration. Thank you, Erik

## Deliverables

1 - I have a e-commerce payment form (with confirmation page and emails) that was built with my old website's design. I need to have the form and its components fully updated to my website's new css formatting and style (e.g. new header and footer and [url removed, login to view] use). The file uploaded with this bid request has my website, and the pay form ([url removed, login to view]) is in the /pay folder.

2 - The production version of the pay form is currently set up under [url removed, login to view] and a development version is currently set up under [url removed, login to view] Files from the development version are the ones that are included with this request for bids. Something strange is happening, though - when transactions are executed on [url removed, login to view], these files: [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view] and [url removed, login to view] are referenced in the WWW version instead of the DEV version. It seems that for some reason [url removed, login to view] in dev is defaulting to use the files from www. Also, something squirrely is happening with the form when used with the SSL cert - https://dev.fullpro.com. I would like to have the form edited so that it refers to the files of whatever domain/directory it is in, so that transactions and testing can be total isolated to the dev version.

3 - One of the email confirmations that the form automatically sends is currently lacking its footer, and I need the coder to fix the footer.

4 - In addition to having the form's design update and email fixed, I would like to learn about how the form works. When the project is almost complete, I will open the form and insert questions about sections that I don't understand. The coder will then be responsible for go into the form and adding notes to answer each comment/question. We might have to iterate until I understand the comments about how things work.

Note: I hired a coder to fix this form, but she was unable to complete this part of the project. She partially updated the pay form to use my site's new formatting, but the new form does not work. The new coder who works on this project can choose to either start with the form the previous coder worked on (/pay-partially-edited/pay or [url removed, login to view]), or the original form (/pay/[url removed, login to view]). However, I am not sure what all is wrong with the half-edited form and I make no representations about it. It will be the new coder's responsibility to deliver a fully-functional final product regardless of which version he or she begins with.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

I edit my website using Dreamweaver 2004 for Mac, so whatever you do should be compatible with it. Also, my site is hosted on [url removed, login to view] in a Business Hosting Package.
