Cubecart Database Integration with Ingram Micro

Two steps

1. We need the products from ingram micro's database to appear automatically to the products of our cubecart shopping site, with the ability to still edit item if we need to do so, (as manually would take years because there are over 100,000 products)

2. We need the configuration to where when a customerr orders from our site, The address and information (that the customer put) is automatically inputed to the reseller account as an order from us. So the process will be drop shipping and Ingram micro will automatically send it to the our customers.

We are authorized resellers of Ingram Micro and as such they have givern us some XML coding. I am not to good with XML and PHP and MYSQL so if someone could help me with this integration process, I would be grateful or if you have an alternative solution to my problem. I want it done as soon as possible
