Daily Deals Aggregator Website - CakeDeals.com clone(repost)

Looking for a complete website to be made. Looking to make a daily aggregator website with all the features and functionality of [login to view URL], basically a clone. However, would obviously need a new, custom layout. So basically, this site scrapes daily deals from a number of sites and then gathers it to its own site. It also has a mailing list which will be needed as well. Serious bidders, please go over the website and see everything that can be done on that website and that's what i want. Also, will need to be able to append custom referral links to the end of each link. Also, want to be able to expand to different cities and new deals as they pop up and will pay to do so in the future, so this will be a continuous job. I will not pay for the project if it's missing any of the functionality or cities, or if I'm unsatisfied with the design. If any questions or concerns at all, message me before you place a bid.
