clone of v9direct.com

I am looking for a site similar to, or clone of, v9direct.com. This is basically a combo of a GAF script PLUS a basic [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] script (basic job posting / resume posting script). It would be best if you already have a GAF-type script you can just adapt to include a job posting / resume posting script similar to the way v9direct has done. Note that it is important that the freelancer portion of the site be as close to identical in function to GAF as possible. If you have working demos already available, please post via PMB. Whoever wins this job will likely be chosen for future development and edits on the site, as the clone job is just a starting point.
