AS3 searchable thumbnails with streaming media players

AS3 app that is comprised of 3 sections, top to bottom: top menu (provided graphic), middle content area (slideshow of graphics, provided in AS2 for inclusion or can be replaced), bottom area two rows thumbnails broken down into categories that are searchable by title and keyword/description. Functions: when category is selected at bottom, new set of thumbs load. When thumb is selected, corresponding content area loads above. Content area contains video player (full screen capable, social media, ads, logo overlay, streaming from Wowza capable), thumbnails that can be clicked to launch slideshow, and links that can be clicked to launch other video clips. HTML mockup available to demonstrate. This project will require programmer to create a searchable thumbnail app to put into the bottom area that has categories, double row slider that can be customized to suit, and loads thumbnails as needed and not all at once so that user isn't waiting forever to load 500 thumbs. Apps can be written from scratch or combined from existing apps if that's easier. There is more detail, but that is the broad scope. Must be expert in AS3 and have portfolio with similar capacities.
